Interfaces are retrieved from IF-MIB, identically on ASA as on other Cisco network devices. If you see it on one Cisco device. it should be there on others. Perhaps there is a restrictive configuration for the SNMP on the ASA?

I assume that the interfaces are being modeled, but no performance data is being gathered for those interfaces? Other performance data is being gathered for the device?
