Help with Zenpack monitoring and general upgrade/use questions

Hello,

I downloaded and installed the following Zenpack for Juniper monitoring

https://www.zenoss.com/product/zenpacks/juniper-routers-firewalls-switches-zenpack

I am running Zenoss 5.2.4.

All of my Juniper devices seem to be modeled correctly-components are showing up as are component graphs. However, the option to monitor the components, such as power supplies, is greyed out. It also looks as though the components are not updated with my polling cycle-it looks like they are a function of device modeling which only happens every 12 hours be default.

Am I missing something? Is there an easy way to monitor and alert on the components (for example, if the power supply status changes from running to not present) as well as to get the component status and info to update with the SNMP polling cycle?

It seems like the components and graphs that are detected as part of the zenpack are perfect for my needs, but I need alerting around them to make them useful.

In addition, which is the current version of Zenoss Core, and where can I obtain the ISO to upgrade from 5.2.4?

Thanks for the help!
