Now I am getting Server Exception when i click on Graphs but clicking on components works.

Could be a few things. You could have locked zope threads, zauth issues or central query is too busy.
When the issue happens, try restarting one thing at a time. Start with central query first, then move on to zauth, then zope, then the rest of the items under User Interface.
Give every restart 5 minutes after the checks have passed, then see if graphs are loading.
Also, do the graphs eventually load or never load no matter how long you wait?
Have you thought about upgrading to 6.2? Lots of fixes for bugs and performance in 6 vs 5.
