Looking for a description of how the Zenoss Core source is organized

I am wanting to take a look at the code behind the Zenoss Core Event Advanced > User Interface web page, and then, after that, wanting to search for occurrences of a specific variable.

I don't know in what docker that code would reside.

Is there documentation that lays out all the dockers and other code that is installed, what is done within each, where to find the various user facing components (command line, GUI, etc.)?

Oh I wish!!!!!!! I've been asking for that for 2 years. Anyone in Zenoss listening yet?

That said, I think if you are wanting to look at GUI code, I would try attaching to the zope container.
