Hi Colleagues,

I've got Zenoss Core 5.3.3 installed from ova.

some time after the deployment, I came across a weird glitch in the application.

if i try to show a performance graph of any interface for a week/month, it hangs for a while and says request timeout.

in the control centre, the failing health check of  CentralQuery and opentsdb is red (Answering).

is there any chance to resolve this issue ?

I have the same problem with interface utilization reports on version 5.3.3.  It times out after about 10 minutes when running the report on my largest switch, a Juniper  Virtual Chassis Fabric (VCF) with over 700 interfaces.  It works on a smaller VCF with just over 200.  When I run it on all switches it times out and also hangs Core.  Core then needs to be restarted to get the UI to respond.   

This report worked fine when we were on 4.2.5.

In my case, the quantity of interfaces doesn't matter.
I have this issue at switches having 24 ports, as well as, at big chassis.

Unfortunately, restart don't help.
