Backup Zenoss core

Hi,

Could you please guide me how  i can take a full backup of all my devices/configurations once zenoss core(5.3.2) is fully setup ?
I want to make sure i have a good copy which i can reuse incase of any server failures. I have a standalone standard deployment.
