JunOS mounts lots of images as r/o filesystems that show as 100% or almost 100% full. You don't want to monitor then. Just go to those filesystem components on the device in zenoss and disable monitoring.
Honestly, you may or may not even want to monitor the filesystems in JunOS. (I don't monitor them.) If you don't want to monitor filesystems at all remove the HRFileSystemMap modeler plugin and then remove the file system components on the device in Zenoss.
Another solution if you have lots of JunOS devices and want to still monitor some filesystems, but not particular ones, would be to edit the zFileSystemMapIgnoreNames in the Configuration Properties for the device class(es).
