Uploading new MIBs to Zenoss

Hi,

I have downloaded MIBs of Juniper and Fortigate and would like to have some help with that. I have uploaded the Fortigate ones via the zenoss core web interface as you can see in the attached snapshot. I would like to know how can it be activated via the command line or does it need to be? The Juniper ones I have found from the site are ZIP and gz files which are not getting uploaded this way. help please!!
