Two things I can think of here. Key errors can often be resolved by running the toolbox tools - see this link
https://support.zenoss.com/hc/en-us/articles/203117595-How-To-Install-And-Use-the-zenoss-toolbox if you don't know how to get them / run them.
The other possibility, looking at the trace, is that your zodb_session database is messed up. See this
http://wiki.zenoss.org/Troubleshooting_Zenoss_PosKey_Errors wiki item (down the bottom) for how to recreate your zodb_session database. I would make sure that I had a backup before recreating the zodb_session database - if you have finger trouble in here then you could totally mess up everything!
