There's no function in the Zenoss Resource Manager software to publish the dashboards.
Grainger has the Analytics data warehouse function, which you can use to create a different form of dashboard and publish/deliver on a schedule. Perhaps you could look into that.

I'm working on replicating the RightFax dashboard as a report.
The problem I'm running into is not being able to generate a report on services.
Do you know if there is a way to pull in report data from services?
