Anoop,
You need to give more details and do some more research first before just asking the forum to "help fix this".  If you want paid consultancy then various of us can help - but that's a different ball game.

Basically your Zenoss is failing to make contact with your Windows device.  It looks like you are using the Microsoft Windows ZenPack using the winrm protocol.  This is a tricky thing to setup - there are quite a few parameters on both the Windows targets and on the Zenoss server, that need to be correct.

Look carefully at the README for the ZenPack - https://www.zenoss.com/product/zenpacks/microsoft-windows  .  There are also a couple of helpful articles on the Zenoss supoort site - https://support.zenoss.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003138386-Configuring-Windows-Server-for-Monitoring-via-WinRM    and https://support.zenoss.com/hc/en-us/articles/202432249-How-To-Monitor-Windows-2012-2012-R2-2008R2-And-2003-Standard-Edition-Servers-With-The-Microsoft-Windows-Zenpack-Using-WinRM-

Cheers,
Jane
