Did you install requests in one of the containers? And by that I mean did you do a
serviced service attach ...
then the pip install? Or did you just pip install requests on the master node?
If you did it the install on the master node, then no this should not have caused the issue. But I know that statement doesn't help much if you are still having issues, so what happens when you try go to the login screen for your zenoss instance? Do you see the login page? Or does it time out? Or do you get some other kind of error? Are there any services failing health checks in your command center?
If you installed requests into one of the containers, then it could have messed things up but it is hard to tell. You should be able to revert any changes to the containers by going back to an old snapshot of the container.
