Graphing Troubles

So I've been trying to create some custom graphs within some device classes. However, I seem to be running into a lot of issues, might be a simple fix but I'm not too sure. Here's what's happening:

1. Sometimes I create graphs and they end up being extremely long and unreadable. I can click to expand it and then it shows up properly, but when looking at all of the graphs on a device at the same time, one usually tends to extend really far down the page. I've tried messing with the Min/Max Y config, but nothing seems to help.

2. Units - I've noticed that graphs with units set as percent, percentage or percent + don't show up as percents, but just as whatever Zenoss decides. Putting %% at the end ofthe 'Format' section for each graph point doesn't seem to do anything at all either.

Really what I'm trying to do is understand how these graphs work, or how the different configs in graph definition and graph points are interpreted - some don't seem to have any bearing on what is graphed from what I see. I have read the Admin guide and know what each config is supposed to do, but I still can't see, to figure some out - mainly the Min/Max Y, the Format and the Units.

I would like to note that I am copying the graph configs I have set up on a Zenoss 2 server, so I didn't expect it all to work with the same exact configuration, but I didn't realize how much of a pain it would be to get everything to graph like I want.

If anyone has any tips or has encountered this before, I would appreciate any guidance. Thanks
