Have you started the Zenoss Core service from the top of the page, and are all child services starting and passing healthchecks?

Hi Samad
The reason for the 502 failure is probably the not running Zope service. Try to restart it.
In addition other serviced failing the health check (HC Fail X) try to restart it also and post the result again.
Cheers

Hello everybody,
I was wondering if you could help me look into this issue. I've been struggling and almost going crazy trying to get the Zenoss dashboard for months now. I get a message, 'Endpoint not available' when i click on my endpoint from control center. I would appreciate any assistance on this. I have attached some screenshots of my installation. Please see if i am on the right track.
Regards
Matthew

Matthew,
You should be able to create a DNS entry for the Control Center master host, and then another one to the same IP address for your "zenoss" or "zenoss5" endpoint.
You can also eliminate DNS from the equation and make an entry in your hosts file to test things. For instance, I did this a moment ago:
10.10.10.187 ccmaster.sampledomain.com zenoss5.ccmaster.sampledomain.com
[IP ADDRESS] [CONTROL CENTER HOST] [ZPROXY PUBLIC ENDPOINT]
Based on your Control Center screenshot, you should have a DNS entry for "monitoring.montigny.co.sz" and another for "zenoss.monitoring.montigny.co.sz", both pointed to the same 10.10.0.138 IP address.
Let us know if that helps?

Hello Michael,
Thank you for steering me in the right direction. I realized that all the services were not starting up. They seemed to be stuck in the 'starting' state. My host also had a red 'unauthenticated' message besides it. What i did was remove it from within control center and added it again from there, not via CLI. All services started up and i was super exited to get a Zenoss core login screen.
I have even added a few devices. I now need to learn how i can monitor my added devices and all the extra bits.
Again, thank you so much for your help!!! Im so glad to be a part of this community. I got so much just from looking around and learning from there.
