Hi Arthur,
I think my fault is because I did not install ZenPack to monitor Cisco devices.
By the way I am using Centos 7. What command should I use to install it ? I tried
zenpack --install ZenPacks.XXXXXX But it did not work.

Hi All,
I have installed Core Zenoss then I tried to add/discover a device by providing ( IP and SNMP community), unfortunately the device was not discovered, it is in pending since yesterday. This is my first time that I installed Core zenoss, I followed the instructions in (Zenoss Community Edition (Core) Installation Guide)& (Zenoss Community Edition (Core)Configuration Guide) I'm not sure if I missed something.

For Zenoss Core 6.3.2 check Chapter 14 from the
AdminGuide Installing or upgrading a ZenPack.
