Hi,
I am new and wanted to try out zenoss core in lab as standalone deployment. What is the right order to proceed with installation?
As i am trying to install zenoss on single VM of below configuration.
VM |
1 |
Cores |
4 CPU CORE |
Mem (GB) |
24 Main Memory |
HDD (GB) |
Purpose Size 1: Root (/) 30GB [xfs] 2: Swap 16GB 3: Temporary (/tmp) 16GB [xfs] 4: Docker data 50GB (mount point = none) [LVM thin pool] 5: Control Center internal services data 50GB (mount point = /opt/serviced/var/isvcs) [LVM] 6: Application data 200GB (mount = /var/log/serviced) [ LVM] 7: Application data backups 200 GB (Mount point: /opt/serviced/var/backups ) [xfs] [LVM thin pool |
Confusion is,
:should i install Control center first and later i need to install Resource manager?
:is it possible to do it on same single machine?
:What are the prerequisites i must follow?
I tried zenosssupprot portal and document shared there, but nothing is straight.
I am not interested in install script, rather want to set it up manually.
