Running ESXi 6.5 on a Dell R420, 96GB mem and plenty of drive. This is running behind a NAT'ed router, 1:1. I have 3 other guests on it, not doing much as far as resources. I've tried installing as a single host the OVAs from 6.0 (found out those were pulled), 5.3.3 and now 6.1.0. Followed the install instructions given including the template portion. I didn't change the endpoints, just left them as they were configured by the install. In each case when I try to start Zenoss, at first it won't. Control center just says starting on each service and CPU goes to 100% with a steady climb in memory use. Looking in the Hosts tab, the host says active but not authenticated. I delete that and enter it again and it gets checked off. Start Zenoss again and CPU goes to 100%, memory use climbs. Various services start, some miss health checks and finally all say an instance is oversubscribed.
Any suggestions on how to get this to run? I'm pulling out my hair...

I've noticed the same thing since 5.3.3 and created a JIRA ticket for the issue. After initial deployment dockerd seems to use a lot more CPU then it used to. In VMware my Guest VM CPU utilization has gone from 5Ghz with almost 300 devices monitored to 10Ghz with nothing but the Zenoss application deployed.
