Our IT Directory recently moved on and I'm trying to take over managing our Zenoss install. We're runningzenoss-4.2.3-1695.el6.x86_64 on a CENTOS server. We don't seem to have 'zenup' installed.

Overall, it works but we're getting some PKEs and, from what I'm reading, "findposkeyerror -f" is the way to fix them but I'm getting the following error:

$ sudo findposkeyerror -f

Traceback (most recent call last):

File "/usr/bin/findposkeyerror", line 9, in

load_entry_point('zenoss.toolbox==0.8.1', 'console_scripts', 'findposkeyerror')()

ImportError: No module named Globals

Any suggestions

And should we be upgrading

All tools are to be installed and run from the Zenoss master server as the zenoss user:
sudo su - zenoss
findposkeyerror -f

Devops Monitoring Expert advice: Dockerize/automate/monitor all the things.

DevOps stack: Docker / Kubernetes / Mesos / Zabbix / Zenoss / Grafana / Puppet / Ansible / Vagrant / Terraform / Elasticsearch
