Subject: | How long will 4.x be supported? |

Coming back to reinstall a new server for my zenoss setup but slightly gobsmacked about the level of resource that a zenoss 5 install requires... I run a small IT shop and use zenoss to monitor a couple of dozen routers / network hubs... There is no way I can justify setting up a 20GB RAM / 1TB server just to do this...
Before I install a new 4.x server how long will it continue to be supported IF we will have to go to 5.x and there is no option for an install without control center / docker then it looks like I will need to find a new monitoring platform...

I'd go with Zenoss 4.2.5 and put in the zenup patch 457. Very stable.
Cheers,
Jane
