Since someone else posted about upgrading to 5.0.3, I'm inspired to ask about my own upgrade issue.
After a recent clean installation I've got 5.0.2 as reported in Advanced->Versions. However I'm not being offered 5.0.3. Under "Check For Updates" next to "Available Zenoss Version" I'm seeing "4.2.5 (View Licenses)". That seems a bit... strange.
Is this a known issue I'm guessing that I've missed something obvious but if so, it's not obvious enough :-)

where are you looking that you see 4.2.5 Likely you've stumbled on a bug, but I'd like to confirm it. Thanks!

Hi Andrew,
This is all on the Advanced->Versions page. I've got three sections. First "Software Component Versions" where Zenoss, the OS, and various component packages are listed. Beneath that is "Uptimes" which lists only Zope. And beneath that is a "Check For Updates" section listing the following:
Available Zenoss Version 4.2.5 (View Licenses)
Last Checked 2015-06-04 19:00:03
Check For Updates Daily (checked box)
Send Anonymous Usage Info with Daily Update Check (checked box)
Server Key xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
Below that is a button "Check Zenoss Version Now" which has no visible effect.

the upgrade procedure is explained in the installation document.
In my experience tho, it is kinda flawed (reinstalling zenpacks that you manually add or upgrade fails), control center still says you are running the old version (Zenoss does not), and i wonder why there is no "yum/apt-get update/upgrade zenos-core" involved.
