ejjaberd monitoring with zenoss

I have installed Zenoss on a server with ip address 192.168.1.46 and I also have a ejabberd server with 192.168.1.52 ip address. I configured the zProperties for using SNMP in Zenoss in Infrustructure/configuration properties and I used snmpwalk and everything works just fine. Now Zenoss have fetch the server status for example File Systems, Interfaces and Network routes but in IP services I have jabber-client and jabber-server. when I select jabber-client or jabber-server i will get "No graph Data". I will get a warning with event class /status/jabber and summary is connection refused. I'm new in Zenoss and i need to fetch some information from ejabberd like number of online users and other chat server statuses. what have i missed with this
