Subject: | SOLVED! Zenos 4.2.5 Render Server missing graphs. |

Upgraded to 4.2.5 and now no graphs show anywhere. It appears as tho the render server is not functioning correctly. I used the zenoss_core-4.2.5-2108.el6.x86_64.rpm to install. I first removed the old 4.2.4 RPM. Anyone else have this problem and know of a solution I've tried so many things I can't even recall to list them.
Thanks,
Brad

More info. If I try and load a graph directly:
http://172.27.0.112:8080/zport/RenderServer/renderwidth=500&gopts=eNqtk...
It displays a image with the URL that says:
The image "http://172.27.0.112:8080/zport/RenderServer/renderwidth=500&gopts=eNqtk... cannot be displayed because it contains errors.
No idea what errors. I have checked logs and nada.

The problem had to do with me removing the old RPM. It removed the zenoss local user account. When I re-created the user it had different userid. The problem this created is that the renderserver creates a directory in /tmp called /tmp/renderserver. The owner was incorrect on that directory and the perms are 750 thus couldn't be written to for graph creation. A simple rm of the dir and zenoss re-created it with proper perms.
