Zenoss Core 5.1 is dieing more frequently with this error:
DNS lookup failed: address 'pop.zenoss.com' not found: [Errno -2] Name or service not known.
We login to Control Center and restart all processes and that works most of the time. The VM server has only been up 25 days, but rebooting the server also seems to work.
One would think you should need to restart all of Control center or reboot the vm. No alerts are coming into Zenoss core.

Yes, I have seen it too. Can't tell you where it came from. Perhabs when zenpop3 had a fatal error?
Will have an eye on next time it occures.
