Subject: | Monitoring MariaDB |

Hello,
My team uses Zenoss Core 4.2.4 to monitor our devices and I'm still fairly new to the tool. We know we are able to monitor components such as IIS, MySQL, MSSQL, etc, but now we're incorporating MariaDB into the mix. Since MariaDB is a fork off of MySQL I'm assuming they share some similarities, though I know they are not the same DBMS. I haven't tested it myself, but I wanted to know if Zenoss is capable of monitoring MariaDB, be it using the MySQL monitoring template or another way?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
