Subject: | Zenoss collector ignores one device |

Hello,
I am having the following issue:
One of my devices (a switch) is being ignored by the collector. I dont know why because it was working fine and no changes has been made.
It started sending the "snmp agent down" event.
When i run the zenperfsnmp run -v10 -d "deviceid" it finishes ok without a problem, also when i do this the event clears and re apear again after a minute.
zSnmpMonitorIgnore is set to false.
Other devices work ok.
When i check the access-list on my switch i see that i does not have matches untill i run the "zenperfsnmp.." manually.
Any hints

There are few things you can check
1) Make sure toallowcollector ip's to those devices. Attach to zenperfsnmp container(event manager id from snmp agent down event) if 5.x and do snmpwalk.
2) If snmpwalk is succesfull, make sure if the switch has unique snmpv3engine id. If not create unique snmpv3engine id and change in device level as well.
Thanks,
Kr!
