Dashboard Filters on event portlet not sticking for users

Hello all,

Iv been tasked with creating some custom dashboards for diffrent groups. I've been able to use their requirements to create them but when the users view the dashboards none of the filters for the Event portlet or the watchit list are carring over for the users.

Any Idea what im doing wrong

I thought maybe it was the users groups. The first trying for a user viewing they could see portlets but no data. We corrected this and now they see the portlets populate but the filters that were setup with the portlets on the dashboards are not sticking.

Any help would be appricated.
