Hey guys, having some more issues. I'm using version 4.2.4 as we are currently working on upgrading to version 5.

Earlier I posted a topic asking how to configure WMI monitoring. I believe I've figured that out (sort of), since I no longer receive Windows service/event log errors but the graphs aren't collecting any information. I configured WMI by adding the monitoring account into the DCOM Users, Performance Monitor Users, and Event Log Readers groups, and enabled the account privileges in WMI. The firewall is disabled. When I choose the option to model the device, one of the lines displays "WARNING zen.ZenModeler: WMI process discovery is currently not supported." Also I receive the following errors on the Windows 2012 servers:

I'm also working on cofiguring WMI for 2008 servers and receive the following error:

Is there something that I am doing wrong or missing

Can I ask why you are using WMI over the WinRM ZP

I knew I forgot to add something. I did some research and came across some forums/articles mentioning WinRM. We have a seperate group that handles the installations/updates for Zenoss and, unfortunately for me, they have not installed the WinRM ZP for version 4.2.4 and do not plan on doing so. Hopefully we will be moving to version 5.1 soon as I am told that WinRM will be standard.

That sucks. WMI is the worst. We have constant issues where we have to reset counters or restart WMI on the servers.

I wouldnt worry about the processes modeling. iirc, that part of the code was never really finished and was disabled.
