Every device alarms, content is "SSH authentication failed - no password or public key specified". Considering the network security, I don't want to use SSH.I How do I never alarm about the event

This means that the devices are in a device class that has performance templates and/or modeler plugins that are trying to use ssh. The /Discovered class is a likely culprit as it is used as a default device class and tries both SNMP and ssh to get information from devices. Other possibilities are devices under /Server/Cmd or /Server/SSH.
You need to move devices from these classes to more appropriate ones. In the GUI, simply drap devices to the destination class.
