Are any of you using Zenoss Core in a production environment
We are considering this, and the main question we get is "what are you going to do about support if something comes up that you cannot fix"
We have not yet taking training classes on Zenoss, or studied python, etc. In general, some of us were developers years ago, but are admins today, and are just trying to investigate what the community is doing for support.

I have several clients running Core 4 in production environments. My personal opinion is that it is currently much lower risk that running 5.x. Support is still there for Zenoss 4.2.5 at present.
