I am running Impact 5.1.1. I have been creating service maps and testing by manually submitting events via zensendevent. I sent a clear event to close a node down event and change my service back to normal status. The node down event was cleared from the event console but the service is still showing the node being down. The service event is still showing in the Services console but there is no root cause event associated with it. I have tried submitting the node down event again and clearing but this does not reset the service view. I have even tried restarting Impact.
Does nayone know how to reset Impact
