Zenoss 5.0.1 to 5.1.3 migration

Hi All,

I want to migrate from zenoss 5.0.1 to 5.1.3. I want to be able to export the following

- All monitored devices allong with their attributes( SNMP community, state, device group assigment)

-All created device groups

-All monitoring templates

-All event transforms etc

I read that there is a tool available to migrate from one zenoss to another. Does anyone have any documents related to this
