Trying to run tools to resolve a Poskeyerror I get when trying to delete a device. Any way as user zenoss I run findposkeyerror (or others) I'm getting ImportError: No module named importlib. What is it and can I fix that so I can run the tools I'm running 4.2.5 core.

Haven't gotten an answer on the above. So, is there a way to go in and manually delete the record, history etc

This sounds like it is failing to find the Zenoss global environment. As the zenoss user, what happens if you:
echo $ZENHOME
Do you get the right answer
Try starting zendmd and then type
import importlib
importlib
I get:
