Needed more forum features

Altought the forums have improved a lot with the recent changes, they are really far from pleasent to be used, I am using plenty of forums the successful ones have the following

• A proper WYSISYG editor, for example with a tool to remove formatting (sometimes you copy a text from another site with links and gets wrongly formated, you have to disable rich text an edit html tags
• Good category separation, having a main "Community Zenoss Support" where to put anything is far from optimal, for example cacti support forums has an excellent grouping, you should have a look into it
• If possible a more appealing look, from my browser it seems that the forum is embedded into the webpage with it's layout removed.
• The abbility to give thanks or stars to a great post, (such as this http://www.zenoss.org/comment/9596#comment-9596)
• An easy way to add a link, see the earlier bullet point, I couldn't add the post as a link

There are problably more things that could improve interaction, but those come to me as the most usual ones.
