Our enterprise uses Zenoss Core v 4.2.5 to monitor office Cisco routers and switches. We gather IPSLA data to analyze. One of the offices is not gathering that data. this office is configured and set up exactly the same as others that working correctly. Any ideas on what I can look at to fix this problem

I would suggest comparing zenmodeler runs. If you don't see a difference, try zencommand. You may also want to make sure that those cisco devices are all running the same IOS feature set.

Vonsolo29,
Was this resolved If not, ssh to the master or collector (if distributed), switch to the Zenoss user and run zenperfsnmp debug. This will place zenperfsnmp into debug mode. From that point let it run for an hour or so then have a glance at the /opt/zenoss/log/zenperfsnmp.log. It'll be very verbose, but it should reveal some details about the problem. Feel free to post the log if you'd like help analysing it.
Take care!
