Hello there a way to know when a daemon is not active is not the system sends an alert when this happens

Dariel,
If you're referring to the Daemons inside Zenoss 4/5 these are monitored, and you can use Triggers & Notifications to generate an event.
Many other daemons such as MySQL, Apache, NGINX, Postfix, etc also have ZenPacks to monitor them.
