Zenoss Core 5 - OpenTSDB configured to send to multiple hosts

I configured the Metric Consumer in Zenoss Core 5 to send to two OpenTSDB hosts (local and external)

When I attempt to add a 3rd external host, the Metric Consumer data point graph in CC numbers drop dramatically.

I removed the 3rd external OpenTSDB and things look better.

Is it possible for me to create another Metric Consumer service which runs on another host to free up resources to add another external OpenTSDB host

Is there any documentation provided which describes how I can create additional hosts and deploy applications and / or services to them yet in CC
