Hello all,
Is it possible to turn off Windows devices from Zenoss
I'm looking for how to configure Zenoss to turn off the devices in a device group when a determinated event is triggered.
The event is done already (UPS running & low battery); but I dont know how create an auto-shutdown command to Windows device group when this event is triggered.
Could you help me Should we use scripts or something similar :S :S
Thanks in advance.

create a bash script
have it take one variable (the machine name)
generate a command notification with the machine name as a variable that runs the shellscript
have the shellscript connect and run a powershell script to shut the windows box down
