Hey everyone, so I'm having an issue in my Zenoss Core 5.0.7 system where the Component Graphs and Graphs aren't populating with data. Every metric I am measuring shows "No Data Available".
Is this an issue with a known cause What information can I provide to help diagnose it
Here's a screengrab from one of my SSH servers which has been modeled correctly via SSH to the best of my knowledge.
Thanks very much for your continued help!

You have red icons there => some problem with your services - it doesn't work with any red icons there. Try full reboot (reinstall). Did you follow official installation guide and requirements

I did follow the guide, yes. At one time the icons were all good and the graphing was working, but it isn't working right now, hence my post.

If a restart doesn't fix it and you did want to try the troubleshooting path, it may be that your Resource Manager and/or Control Center HBase is corrupt. See the following to fix this:https://support.zenoss.com/hc/en-us/articles/204643769-How-to-Recover-Control-Center-from-Hardware-Failure. Try the repair option first, but if this doesn't work the nuclear option will wipe all your graph data. On the upside, you'll retain your devices and events database. As to what might have caused the issue, check to see if /opt/serviced/var on your CC master is full. Also, update to CC1.0.8/RM5.0.8, which just came out and fixes some bugs that could be impacting you if you have any remote collectors.
