Zenoss Not starting properly

hello everyone,

Today i decided that instead of having my zenoss server dhcp to make it a static ip.
Had some trouble getting to control center, but i finally got it.
The problem im having now is starting zenoss itself.
Now i know you must wait until all the services are ready with the blue check mark but that is where i am having problems.
Instead of having blue check marks or worse red exclamation points, all i have is the blue question marks for all the services.
Before switching from dhcp to static i had no problems with this, but now no matter how many times i stop and start the service and child services nothing, just blue question marks.
If anyone has any advice i would greatly appreciate it!
