I shutdown a server 5 minutes ago and the server is still showing 'UP" in Zenoss. I am using SNMP to monitor. Can someone assist me in gettig Zenoss to Poll faster
I am using version 4.2.4

Zenoss pings the hosts every minute, so it should have noticed this. Do you have ping checks enabled on your hosts ie, if you go to the configuration properties of your host, and look at zPingMonitorIgnore, is it ticked
If it is, are all of your zenoss daemons runningEspecially zenping
