Recently I've been unable in viewing the associated graphs of devices added to Zenoss. under every title of graphs section of a device, I see a broken image icon, exactly just like the one we see in the images that can not load on the websites(i.e because of wrong or invalid link).
what's the cause of this issue and what I should do in order to get the graphs

1) Is zenrender running
2) if you recently set up multiple collectors or even installed the zenpack for that, are your "Render URLs" correct "Advanced" Tab -> "Collectors" -> choose a collector -> "Overview" -> look for Render URL. For the localhost collector it is probably " /zport/RenderServer" and for a remote collector, "http://collectorname.yourdomain.intr:8091"
