Hi,
I have a ESXi 5.1 server that Zenoss cannot ping or SNMP to. I have checked the firewall on the ESXi server and it is switched off as is the firewall on the Zenoss server. The strange thing is I can ping the ESXi server from a windows computer, but Zenoss can't ping it.
Please can you help

RESOLVED - Issue was due to a legacy redundant NIC on the ESXi that had an old IP address. Removed the old NIC on the virtual switch and now working fine.
