I am trying to create thresholds for interface speed for pNIC, Host, and VM Nic, however the expression we use for all other adapters do not work. (here.speed or 1e9) / 8 * .5

does anyone know what variables we can use to detect percentage of the interface used as we can with other network thresholds

these are virtual nics I'm not sure they work like standard ethernet for threshold alerting given that there's no physical hardware to limit the speed. Have you looked at the nic on a running instance to see what it's negotiated at, and if it'll burst past that
