v5 core LDAP

Done a deployment of v5 and followed the usual steps to enable LDAP auth outlined in

http://wiki.zenoss.org/Enabling_LDAP_Authentication_in_Zenoss_Core_5

It all looks fine but when a user logs in they are not getting the correct role applied to them.

I've manually mapped the LDAP security group to the role but all the users get is the ZenNone role....

Anyone have any ideas

I have tried it with 6.3.2
There were some errors during easy_install steps
it seems to work as I'm able to login with ldap credentials but I also have error
