Subject: | Zenos 3.2.1 to many emails per one event |

Hello,
There are a couple events that are triggering a spam email that gets sent out. However the event is only happening once, and then Zenoss is repeating the notification. Is there a way to get around this If so where in zenoss can this be done I know once we acknowledge the event in zenoss it goes away, however one email would be sufficient.
-Thanks, Rein

Also there is an event that is getting triggered by our Firewall and we are wondering if someone could help explain it to us:
"date=2015-06-10 time=13:38:10 devname=*.* devid=*.* logid=0100032002 type=event subtype=system level=alert vd="root" user="support" ui=ssh(162.250.126.81) action=login status=failed reason="name_invalid" msg="Administrator support login failed from ssh(162.250.126.81) because of invalid user name"
This error message repeats itself throughout the day and fills up the Zenoss events console. They can be deleted but they will continue to come back. It is basically spamming the event console making it useless.
