Adding device over view fields

I have a device with 2 attributes, a base URL, and a path. The base plus the path link to an image.

I would like to add an image on the device overview page that would show an embedded image.

I can't quite figure out how to make this happen using the javascript for my device over view.

I can populate individual fields with the data, but not the combine field. Is this even possible
