Why zenoss chart only 10:10 a.m. to 12:35 p.m.

Hi,
We do not have a Spanish forum today. I will try to reply in simple English.
Zenoss charts 24 hours a day. If you're missing data, please check your firewall to make sure it does not block Zenoss.
if the firewall is good, please use zencommand to see if errors are happening during monitoring after 12:35pm
