We have a list of users that receive our alerts, and each notification email lists all the users in the "to" field even i I use a group within Zenoss. Is it possible to BCC the users to hide that information from other recipients

I can think of two options...
change the source code ($ZENHOME/Product/ZenUtils/Utils.py, function sendEmail) to bcc instead of To
or
use a distribution list instead of individual names in your Notifcations
