Subject: | Zenoss periodically fails to update Windows Data using WinRM |

Hello, I am running Zenoss 4.2.5 to monitor several dozen 2008 & 2012 machines via Kerberos Auth., HTTP Transport. Everything is working, but the machines are periodically failing to update their information. When I look at the graphs I see 1 hour or so gaps in disk utilization, etc... Then, it suddenly sarts working again. I have several questions:
1) I enabled Debugging for zenpythoncollector and I'm seeing this message often:
2014-11-10 16:52:56,223 DEBUG zen.windows: OperationTimeout on (System name was here).
I think this may point to the issue, but I'm not sure. It is listed as a debug message, and not error. Can this be ignored What does it mean
Assuming #1 is pointing to the failure, here are my WinRM Settings:
C:\Windows\system32>winrm get winrm/config

2) Assuming #1 is the cause, can I adjust how long zenos waits Will this help
3) Any suggestions for next troubleshooting steps
Thanks everyone.
