Hi, can someone kindly guide me on steps to setup Zenoss Windows events monitoring under WinRM. I can't seems able to locate much info online. Found something about setting up WinRM subscription to event log but not sure that is the correct direction and it wasn't tailor to Zenoss monitoring. I got the WinRM setup on the client server, running Zenoss Core and got the WinRM connection working able to fetch the default matrix such as CPU, FileSystem..etc. But had such a headache trying to get the event log monitor setup. Thank you...

Hi,
Event log is not quite working yet. The next release of the Windows Monitor Zenpack will be next quarter, and will include a KB article on monitoring event logs (KB 222). Expect to hear more about this over the next few months.

I'm on Zenoss Core 4.2.0 and I'm just not seeing a way to monitor windows event logs. There's old zen packs for older versions of Zenoss that apparently can do it, but they're for older versions...
